Madi: Saturday Scents..........

Mom left home earlier than usual this morning to pick up my
Heartgard from our Vet.
When she got home, she was ranting and raving about
the new resident cat they have at the Vet's office. His name is
Tootles. Mom did not have the flashy beast with her but she said
not to worry she had something better.
She put her purse in front of me... telling me Tootles had left me some
'smell mail'......
(Side note if you enlarge this below picture you'll notice I have one
hot pink eye. Maybe from the reflection of the pink in Mom's purse)

One sniff and I knew exactly where the alien had been...

Mom said her purse was open and Tootles stuck his head down in the very same
spot. She thought it was wonderful that I was doing the same thing...
Actually I was hanging my head in total disgust.

After all the smells were investigated and I was sure Tootles did not
come home with Mom, I gave my Heartgard package a sniff and
told Mom next time stick to the task at hand don't bring any
smell mail home to me

PS Many of you have asked what in the world those things were in the bag on yesterday's post.
They are clamps used in woodworking.

  2. Hi Madi, how interesting you look with one pink eye!
Your mom has a cheek talking to strange cats and bringing their smell home.
You must talk sternly to her about talking to strangers!
    Have a lovely weekend.

  6. Paper bags, backpacks, covers, boxes...there's nothing you won't get into, Madi. One thing's for sure, you want to be an only child. Now the least you can do is to take your meds and make your mom happy.

  7. HI Madi....don't get lost in moms purse thing...and do you know what is in the new shiny little box that mom brought home? Maybe it is time to go on vacation somewhere! MY catsister had one of those from the vet once and she wasn't very happy about it...so be VERY careful!! Hugs and wags, Mistaya

  16. Hi Madi & Mom,

First we love your Mom's back, the colors are cool. Cindi loves to check out my bag when I get home, her head goes inside to see if there are fun smells.

Cindi wants to know what makes Tootles so special, it can't be a diva kitty like you Madi.

Cindi is mad at me today, she got her Revolution treatment. No matter how I apply it she hates it and pouts for a few hours.

    Hugs and kitty purrs,
    Judy and Cindi Lou
