MOM SAYS SHE LOVES ME MOST....

BUT THIS TIME OF YEAR THE WILD BIRDS IN THE YARD GIVE ME A RUN FOR MY MONEY!!
LOOK WHAT SHE RECENTLY BROUGHT HOME
1 NEW BIRD FEEDER, LOTS OF SEED AND 6 CAKES OF SUET.  THANKFULLY NO PARTRIDGE IN A PEAR TREE.
MOM DO YOU REALIZE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU DID NOT SPEND ON ME?
THE CONTRAPTION THAT I'M SNIFFING IS A BIRD FOUNTAIN/BATH.
HEY MAYBE THIS ISN'T ALL BAD. I'LL BE ON THE FRONT ROW OF THE 'CHEAP SEATS'!!!

ALL I CAN SAY IS THOSE BIRDS BETTER BE VERY ENTERTAINING OR THERE WILL BE DEMERITS.

MOM SPENT  87 HOURS TOO MUCH TIME IN THE YARD REDOING ALL OF THE FEEDERS...I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I WATCHED HER...THEN I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED FOR THE SHOW TO START. MOM SAID IT SOMETIMES TAKES THE BIRDS A DAY OR SO TO GET USED TO NEW FEEDERS.

MOM TOLD ME I NEED TO BE NICE TO THE BIRDS...
WELL DUH I'M AN INDOOR ONLY CAT.  THEY ARE THE ONES WHO WILL BE TEASING ME.

FELINE BIRD HUMOR:
HOW DID A CAT TAKE FIRST PRIZE AT THE BIRD SHOW?
ANSWER:  SHE JUMPED UP TO THE CAGE, REACHED IN AND TOOK IT!!! MOL

  2. Madi, just think of the entertainment you will have when all the little birds arrive. Reserve your seat in a nice sunny spot and take in the show.

Those little birds have some fancy looking feeders, they should be arriving in flocks pretty soon.

  5. It does sounds like you have months and months of entertainment to look forward to, Madi. I know our kitties enjoy the window a lot in the spring. Their favorite times is when it's not too hot or cold and the window can be open and there's just the screen between them and the action. I guess the smells are an added attraction.

  11. Madi, my boys know how you feel! We used to have about 8 feeders in our yard. My youngest son would say to his older brother, "Mom's spending our inheritance on those dumb birds!" MOL BOL LOL

Unique bird fountain/bath! Hope we get a video of how it works.

Hugs to Mom for feeding the wild birds!

  12. Good joke!

Madi--Think of these as entertainment devices for YOU!!!! Mom loves you so much, she just wants you to have your own outdoor show. You'll let us know if it's a good one?

  13. Oh, you're going to have quite the show out there, once the birds come back. You'll be growling and chattering away. It's like having your own private theatre.

I have to go to the pet store today for more special food for my prima donnas (and primo don). Maybe I'll find something neat for the birds, too.

  16. Do you think you will be able to tear yourself away from Bird TV? You have a lot of entertainment ahead.

Those were some excellent pictures from your Mom's new camera. WE do think that you will be getting the benefit of Birdie-TV out of this deal and it might get quite interesting.

But, I do think you deserve some new treats.

  19. Bawhahahahaha, that's a funny joke. When my mom and papa first met, my papa had a cat named Tommy. Do you know how he acquired this cat - Tommy belonged to his landlord, but one afternoon he was bored and reached in and grabbed their bird! They kicked him out and my papa took him in. Tommy lived happily ever after with us (passed away a couple of years ago), but we kept him far away from birds.

    Your pal, Pip

  21. Haaa!
That is the best way to take the first prize!
I am sure the birdies love all the things your mom bought for them!
