THINGS I ADORE

MY WATER FOUNTAIN: IT ALWAYS HAS FRESH, DELICIOUS WATER. MOST TIMES I REST MY CHIN ON THE EDGE OF MY FOUNTAIN TO WATCH THE RIPPLING WATER.  MOM AND THE FLASHY BEAST WERE TO SLOW TO CATCH ME THIS TIME.

MY BIG RUG: LOTS OF PLACES TO SLEEP AND SIT AND
I CAN WATCH THE PEEPS AS THEY MOVE ABOUT.
I'M NOT A LAP CAT BUT MOST NIGHTS I SIT RIGHT BY
THE COUCH AT MOM'S FEET SO I CAN KEEP A WATCHFUL EYE ON MOM...SOMETIMES SHE TRIES TO GET A SNACK AND THAT IS A NO-NO UNLESS I GET ONE TOO.

  2. Hey Madders! How ya doin? We haven't written in soooo long!! So great to see you looking lovely as always. How is it now that your Momma is home with you a lot more...are you getting more love? more treats? Can you tell us what you think the advantages are? Or are there disadvantages...like she's spying on what you do and tellin' you not to eat and stuff. I bet you like having her home though, right? We like having our Mom with us even if we do have to share her ALL THE TIME with Ellwood. And would you believe, that VERY SOON, we will have to share her with another woofie? Actually, Mom thinks that by having a second woofie, Ellwood won't be so needy. I say HALLELUJA!! Finally, we will have more time again with Mom. OR will that second woofie be stealing time...oh...now I'm worried. You do know that you have it soo good...being the only child/cat has its advantages!! Purrs, Lautrec (and Tiny and Ellwood) P.S. Give you Mom a big hello from our Mom and tell her that if ever she comes over this way she must let us know.

  5. hi Madi! We missed you since we haven't been visiting much lately! That looks like a great fountain. Lola has one and she likes to rest her chin on it and watch too - that is so funny that you do it too! We think that rug looks super comfy - a perfect place to keep an eye on things and also for napping!!

  8. KonaKitty does the same thing with our fountain! She says the bubbler helps her meditate. Her ruff fur clogs the filter all the time.
We think your Mom should keep treats by her at all times so you don't have to move to get one!

  14. Oh, I wish that my cats liked their water fountain! All they do is knock it over as they run and play. No one drank out of it so I finally took it up. You are a very smart girl to use it.

We all think you picked two good things to love!
Mom wonders how we would react to a fountain like that. She is not sure.

  27. The sound of water relaxes my mom, too. If we had one of those fountains, I think she would sit in the same position.
