MADI MOMENT

HERE I WAS ENJOYING MY FAVORITE TIME OF DAY IN MY FAVORITE SUNPUDDLE WHEN
MOM AND THE BEAST ARRIVED
I WAS DETERMINED TO IGNORE THEM

 NOT LOOKING
FOR A VERY LONG TIME I REFUSED ALL ATTEMPTS
TO GET ME TO LOOK.....THEN I GAVE MOM
MY BEST STINKY EYE LOOK JUST TO LET
HER KNOW I WAS NOT AMUSED.
IT WORKED TOO 'CAUSE MOM SAID I HAD SOME
SERIOUS DAGGERS IN MY EYES READY TO FIRE.

  1. That happens to cats, too??!!! What is it with humans that EVERY time you find a prime spot and settle down for a relax.....they sneak up with the flashy beast.

    Good avoidance tactics Madi.

  6. Madi you are lucky to find a sunpuddle worth defending at this time of year. Here in Northern Scotland, on the rare occasions when we see the sun in December, it is so low in the sky that there is no warmth to be had from it. Better find a radiator puddle.
On the upside, I am just about to head out for a morning walk in newly fallen snow. Yippee!
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.

  8. Hey Madi, that is one very serious stinky eye. We think your Mom had to get the message after that. Why do moms always show up with the flashy beast just as we settle down for a nice nap.
We are still looking for a sunpuddle to show up. The skies have been all cloudy and rainy lately.
