TUESDAY TALE

Once upon a time (I love stories starting like that)
there was a kitty. She was busy
playing (with her cat nip rat) when she heard a knock at the door.
She stopped, looked, and listened
and asked who is that
rat-a-tat-tating at my door?

BREAKING NEWS
BEGINNING TODAY
MOM AND I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE  IF WE MISS
VISITING ANYONE OVER THE NEXT MONTH OR SO.
MOM IS IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING MY GRANDPEEPS HOME FOR SEVERAL UPCOMING
EVENTS (estate sale, repairs) and finally PUTTING IT UP FOR SALE.
THE TARGET DATE FOR IT TO HIT THE MARKET
IS NOVEMBER 1.

  2. Madi, who is rat-a-tat-tatting at your door?
We hope it's not one of those repairmen types. Or a squirrel.

We know your Mom has a lot of work ahead of her and we wish her well. That is not an easy task.
We will all be around when she is finished.

  13. You never said who was at the door! Was it those tree rats again?

Good luck to Mom. My Mom knows just what she's going through. Our whole house has to be packed up in boxes too and all the rooms have to be painted in order to get ready for the new carpet installation over the first couple of weeks in October. So we won't be around very much either.

Good luck to your Mom in preparing the house for sale. My Mom knows just how much time and hard work is involved in that process. It will also be an emotional journey, so tell her to bring a box of tissues with her. Trust my Mom on that! Mom said we are here for your Mom should she need to chat.
