Thursday: The rest of the Tale

Apparently I told an itty bitty kitty fib on
Tuesday...I am not going to be a couch potato this week.

The sun has returned and OMCs
it is glorious. It has also changed how it
moves about my house....and this sun puddle
goddess is following it.
Even a sun goddess gets a wee bit hot. I found a little
shade in the chair

Alas when the sun moves over the house behind the neighbors trees it becomes couch week once again.
These photos were all taken on the same afternoon.  This kitty was plum worn out from all the moving!!

  1. You've gotta take advantage of sun puddles while you can, Madi! Especially this time of year.

  5. Sunbeams are the best thing a kitty could have. Other than snacks. Maybe snacks IN a sunbeam.

  9. Around here, our kitties tend to want to play some kinda commando maneuvers. Tahoe, black....likes to sleep under the bed or in the dark corners within shadows. Makes her incognito!! Then, Winston on the other hand...he lays on everything white. I swear, if the two adults here didn't know how they are, we'd be tripping over 'em ALL the time instead of just occasionally.

You go girl!!! Chase the Sun!!!

Oh yeah, I noted the dip in the angle and trajectory of the fireball... yesterday, trees got cut over the way from me and that extends the light a bit... when I can see the fireball it makes my room like a solarium. I said 'when'.... I love to lounge in luxury-light at those times too!!! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

Wow, great job following the warmth! I bet you were tired, but oh, so very relaxed. Nothing feels better than a snooze in the sun. Great pix of you today!

  27. AND when you move to the chair you have a nice cushion for your tush:) We notice the sun moving around a lot these days too, and it seems to disappear a lot earlier in the evening, making it harder and harder for us to get in that nighttime stroll.
