THURSDAY TEST

For as long as I have been blogging any picture you see of me on my peeps bed
I'm always at the foot of the bed on some kind of towel.  This collage shows just a
few of the 87 thousand mom has taken.

All of a sudden about 2 weeks ago I started avoiding the towel.
Mom thought maybe it wasn't soft enough for my royal tush

Last Saturday smarty pants Mom decided to test me by moving the towel to where I had been sitting.
It was a test to see if it was the towel I didn't like or the spot I didn't like

She told me I passed the test it was the spot I didn't like...
I told her I was testing her to see how long it would take her to move the towel.
SHE failed miserably it took her 2 weeks.

Do you ever do things like this to test your peep?

  2. Crikey Madi ..... now I'm curious!! Why the heck after all that time did you decide you didn't like THAT spot?? I don't believe you were testing your Mom. C'mon Madi ...... WHY?? I know cats are weird but I thought YOU were quite normal.

  4. Gosh Madi we love doing tests in this house, although we tend to categorise them as serious scientific investigations.
Gail and I are wondering what would happen if Mom put your towel on an entirely different and as yet untested area of the bed?

  8. I sure do test my peeps and find that it takes a while for them to "get it".....for instance if Mom finds my favorite fleece blankie all balled up in a blob she has finally figured out IT NEEDS TO BE LAUNDERED!! If she tries out a new treat on me and I try to cover it with the carpet it means I DON'T LIKE THAT STUFF SO DON'T GIVE THEM TO ME AGAIN. They eventually catch on. Eventually!

  9. There are too many of us to try to test the Mom. But that worked out well for you Madi. Glad you finally got the message across to her. You were just teaching the Mom just who is in charge around there.
