Easy Sunday

We apologize for being a tad inattentive lately!!
Since the peeps returned from Vaca-germ-cation
Mom has had the creeping crud.  Dad came home with his ears so stopped up from the
plane ride that he could not hear mom when she was sitting beside him.
I had ANOTHER bout with my tummy (you might recall I mentioned earlier this week that I welcomed my peeps home by tossing my cookies).
By Friday I was so bad I had to go to the vet.  I got an anti-nausea shot and an antibiotic shot and I
was a wee bit dehydrated and had a wee fever. They also stole my blood and my pee pee!!
Worst of all though was I had lost some weight...and that is bothersome.
Mom wonders if the stress of their long absence was a contributing factor to my tummy woes.
Lab results came back on Saturday...pee pee was okey dokey but my
kidney values were a tad high.  WE have been dealing with that for over a year.
Mom says I have been a challenging kitty to feed too!

AS of today we 3 Seniors are doing better!!

The creeping crud is now a vanishing violet
Dad can hear out of one ear.
I'm finally eating a tad more that I was.
That makes mom happy.

  9. Crikey Madi ... Sounds just like my house! My Mum and Dad have been away too and I lost nearly 2 kilos and Mum is totally deaf in one ear so now she's half deaf and half blind. What a couple of families we make, aye? Glad your improving at your end. We will be ok too. I'm eating again and Mums been to the Doc and they are working on the ear problem.
