The title was 

SPECIAL AGENT (S.A.) MADI ON DUTY

My human sis and her hubby are coming this weekend...Mom was in their room changing linens and tidying up last night. I love changing linens (I bet all my other kitty friends do too). I like to play on the floor in the old linens. Anyway, last night Mom squeals...(she does that a lot it really gets on my kitty nerves) SA Madi I need you we have a mystery. I come to attention put on my SA face, shake my fur (I've been under the sheets). I need to look professional. I slink on over to where Mom is...we do indeed have a mystery. Mom's foot had brushed against something under the bed. SA Madi says step back Mom let me exam the evidence. It is black, there are two of them and very suspicious. Mind you I'm not the bravest cookie in the jar, but I can run fast if they move. I get closer give it a sniff and say Mom you are so silly it is just a pair of sister's footies. We both lol. Mom says Madi I bet sis lost these last time she was here visiting...you know she sleeps in footies. We'll have to tell her our funny story this weekend. Sis is also mom to my buddy Harley-cat so she'll just lol too.

OMC I'M SHOUTING!!! I cannot believe, as much as I love
SUNPUDDLES, that it has taken Mom over a year to use

After all, without a sunrise there would be no

This is probably one of the most beautiful sunrises Mom has ever seen.
It was taken on Centennial Campus at N. C. State University.

MinnaK OH MY DACHSHUND!!!

Last week we rec'd an email from MinnaK, a most adorable Dachshund Diva and her Mom.  They told us they wanted to send us some snail mail.

Jumpin' catfish, it arrived yesterday. Mr. Tony our

mailman brought it right to our door.

 I  sniffed Minna's pee mail right away.

I think she must have been wearing some of Miss Lucy's 

Eau de Avon fragrance. Oh Minna I love the 

lime green and lavender tissue paper.

 Mom helped me unwrap the tissue and lo and behold there was right before my eyes a 

MINI ME FROM MINNAK

 OMC I CANNOT BELIEVE MY EYES 

MINI ME EVEN HAS EYES THE SAME COLOR AS MINE

   MinnaK's mom wrote us a note saying she passed a store with this kitteh in the window and said OMC that looks just like Madi

I must send it to her.

Mom that my Mom squealed like a little girl when she saw the 

Mini Me and she just loves it.  Mini Me has a place of honor on our

hearth where both mom and I can enjoy her.

As for me, I'm just glad Mini Me won't be eating my foodables

and OH Yeah I LOVE LOVE LOVE the box and the 

papers.

TASTY TUESDAY TALE

Today we are joining Sugar the Golden's 

Tasty Tuesday and including our Tuesday Tale with it.

My breakfast is served PROMPTLY at 6:15 am 7 days a week 

w/o fail....and I am an eager eater.

Exhibit 1

 Normally, by the time Mom has the coffee made I have licked my plate clean.  I'm extremely perplexed as to why my plate still has food in it. Mom admitted she made a major faux pas but she didn't think I'd notice. 

I DID

I licked all the juice but could not figure out how to eat the chunks.

She bought the wrong kind of Fancy Feast. Why? I don't know I've eaten the same kind of Fancy Feast for nearly 10 yrs. 

Being the good sport that am, and an eager eater,

I managed to finally finish it but...

 it took considerable effort and time.  Mom came back into the kitchen about an hour later to find my plate some distance from   from my mats.  She thinks I must have been licking and chomping on those chunks so hard that I pushed my plate all the way here,
no Diva should have to work this hard.

I have the best Mom!! She went back to the store to buy a 12 pack of what I like...

Never fear, the Fancy Feast Sliced (minus one can of Turkey Feast) will be delivered to Second Chance Animal Shelter along with some blankets for the cages to keep the kitties and puppies warm.
I gave the blanket Mom crocheted a Madi seal of approval
just before she finished it.

The three blankies Mom will take to Second Chance Animal 
Adoption along with the Fancy Feast.

Fuzzy Tales Mom made a very wonderful New Year's Resolution.

To knit blankets and take food to her local animal shelter at least one time a month.  Mom loved this idea and will be doing the same thing.  She had two very nice fleece blankies and she crocheted the one on top. 

MADI: Vol III is here...

Happy Monday all!! 

You might remember during last summer Mom went to the 

Blog2Print website to load year one and year two of our blog for

printing.  Both were just about 11 months and big honking books 300+ pages.

She recently ordered Vol III, which covers June 1, 2011-

December 31, 2011.

Lo and behold when Dad found the UPS box on the porch,

I had to bellow wait for Mom to come downstairs ASAP

to help me open the box

 Once again I was extremely pleased with our order from 

Blog2Print so I carefully marked it as mine. 

Mom says use Blog2Print is extremely user friendly and you can

do as much or as little as you want with your blog.  We always get

soft back laminated colored covers but black and white inside.

They also have a ton of covers to select and you have the option of downloading a picture for the back and the front.
