We’re loving the fall weather here in the North Georgia mountains.

The days are cool and the leaves are a kaleidoscope of color.  I just 

love looking at them I like the way leaves crunch under my little paws.

Now that cooler weather is here, we are taking morning walks

I snapped this photo on a recent walkabout.

It made me smile...are you SMILING?

Each Saturday after we have lunch at Seaboard we like to stroll around to see what is new.  This birdbath/water fountain caught my eye.

Yes this is really steep you can have a great

cardio workout  on almost all the trails

pups taking their people for walks.

Since my last email to you,

We’ve been celebrated Fall and Dad's birthday last week.

Rocky helped Mom decorate the front porch; when he wasn’t playing with the little pumpkins. 🎃 

I snoopervised Mom while she decorated for Dad’s birthday. 😻

Auntie, we, Kat and Rocky, borrowed Mom's plastic card to order  this for Dad...and it was his favorite gift.  

Great Job mom Dad will be so very surprised

And Pup, who by the way, has the bestest smile,

 helped Mom hang a wreath and Halloween flag.

Thank you for your kind wishes for my periodontal visit yesterday.

Everything went according to plan.  No dicing, slicing or stitches.

He did what he called 'shaving' to tighten up the gum around the tooth

I go back on Nov 2, for recheck BUT NO MORE procedures.

I'm on a soft diet til Thursday.

OMCs life in my new FUREVER home is full of surprises and fun...

We recently had visitors who dropped a load of firewood in the yard.

Mom sent this photo to Auntie HiC, who always has a c8tive party in her head.

She thought this would make a purrfect photo for Awww Monday and Sparks

Pup and Kat have been telling me wonderful stories about having a warm home in the winter and naps in front of the fire.  I'm excited.

I will be MIA for at least part of the morning.

I have an 8:30 am periodontal appt which I hope

will bring my saga that began on July 28 to a close.

Supposedly minor surgery with maybe one stitch.

We shall see.

Remember Peter Pumpkin that I told you about in Mid September?

Here is a reminder 

Last week we discovered some NAUGTY rodent

has been munching on Peter

Well here is what Peter looked like...as the week 

progressed there was more gnawing.  Thankfully 

the naughty visitor has not eaten Muriel Mum yet?!

And the NAUGHTY rodent also enjoyed gnawing on our 2nd 

pumpkin on the back porch.  They both were discarded in last week's 

trash.  

After our long hot summer our mailbox plantings were in need of a 

make over.  Dad of Angel Madi, DOM, loaded all his gardening implements, soil and gravel wheeled them down the drive way.  Of course like all projects it was MORE involved than expected.

Lots of digging up of weeds etc.  He and his trusty shovel reshaped the area to give the curb more curb appeal.  He added 11 liriope and pea gravel and larger white rocks.

He is a star and gets lots of thumbs up!!!
