Auntie gives you an A+++ for 'a'ffort.  Bless your little heart you tried it from all directions.  Keep practicing....first of all you need to make sure the water doesn't go in your noise.  I bet it tickles you very fine whiskers too.

Over Mother's Day weekend I received a very sweet box of goodness from my thoughtful, kind, loving, Daughter who knows me very well.  One dozen assorted cookies from Carolina Cookie Company in a beautiful tin with birds on it.
I am thankful every day for her love.

 Mom found us in one of our favorite lounging spots; upstairs in the guest room.  She doesn’t go upstairs as much as she used to, which means our “purr-sonally” arranged pillows don’t get tidied up as often. Just the way we like it. 😹

The company began here in Cleveland, GA. Mom received an original, soft-bodied baby in 1980, when they were still called  'The Little People', from a student, who was Xavier Roberts’ (creator) niece. Apparently,  Laura Jacqueline is now a collector’s item. ❤️

Dearest Nephews OMCs did you bring back some memories with this post.  Your mom has her very on very precious Little Person,  Laura Jacqueline.  She is beautiful and such a pretty outfit.  I don't think I knew the company was in Cleveland, GA!! OMCs

Your kissin' cussin' Marlu had a cabbage patch doll. It was made by a friend at Auntie's work.  She had yellow hair in piggie tails and a blue polkadot dress with a white apron.

Recently we had the most Awww inspiring clouds. They appeared so low to the ground (top left) I was certain I could touch them. The stacked clouds in the top right just about the steeple was my favorite. Not sure how I got the lighting.  It was 10:30 am and sunny but looked as if it was dusk.

Pup, Kat and Rocky's mom often says:

Her favorite antique is a senior pet

Recently my neighbors were dog sitting Roxy.  They told me her story.

It began 12 years ago when she was found wandering alone near a lake. 

She immediately ran to the people when they called her.  No id tag or microchip. The family who found her took her to the Vet

for spaying, vaccinations and a serious clean up. 

The rest of her story is she became princess of her furever home and was named 

Roxy.  Right photo Roxy came over to visit me.  The next day I looked out my back door to see that sweet face looking in my door.

Daisy's life was charmed from the day Randy and Donna adopted her as a puppy 13 years ago. Daisy takes her parents for a walk several times a day by our house.  On this particular day Daisy had just returned from a day of pampering at the Dog spa.  About 15 months ago Daisy stopped eating.  Even losing a few ounces when you are an itty bitty girl is not good. Several vet trips indicated IBD.  Miraculously Donna found a yummy $$$ canned dog food for sensitive senior systems.  As you can see Daisy is doing quite well.
