Ruby our Camellia was decked out with

300 mini multicolored lights during December

Shortly after the lights were off

She started her own decorations seen on the photo on the right

Now she is nearly covered in gorgeous ruby red flowers.

Mom said you had your eyes dilated on Wednesday. I wasn’t sure what that meant, so she dilated my eyes!

Here is today's inspiration

I can roller skate

forwards, backwards, in a line,

in a circle or holding hands.

If I concentrate,

I can do a figure eight.

Once I tried ice skating.

It required balance and nerves of steel

I quickly learned I was not made

to skate on a 

BLADE

I will be MIA for a while today.  My Photo Journalist, Janice and I

are meeting to celebrate our Birthdays.  Her is January 15.

Happy Tuesday: Niagara Falls Faucet

The little thingamagiggy that controls the water flow  on  the kitchen faucet had a blow out...

is the mini Niagara Falls.  If I happened to have my hands or a dish under it, I was immediately drenched along with the counters and the windows over the sink. Once or twice the force of the water actually knocked things out of my hands. I put tape on the faucet handle to remind me.

Prior to blow out the faucet always came on softly

 The faucet is a Grohe.  It was originally installed in 2006 and has a lifetime warranty HAPPY HAPPY dance.

The replacement faucet came last week.  The  Grohe rep told me we could 'probably' install it ourselves.  However, upon examination of the old one and the new one, we decided we   'probably' needed a special tool.  The old one was really tight.  What if we 'probably' could not get the new one on?! We'd have a big mess.  We decided it would be 'probably'  best to call a plumber. Happy to say on Wednesday January 4 we had it professionally installed.  Some things are worth paying for, after all the faucet was free.

Mom is finally feeling well again!

She & Dad had Covid during  the holidays, but I’m happy to report they have both tested NEGATIVE!

I convinced her we BOTH needed some fresh air & sunshine. It was definitely good for both of us.

AUNTIE HiC Is SHOUTING WITH GLEE AND JUBILATION.  Thank you for this most wonderful health update and most handsome photos.  Tell mom and dad being negative is  Positive .    Bol BOL!  

Boy oh  Pup look at you run like the wind after your ball.  Looks like mom didn’t forget how to toss your ball with gusto.
