O for Older

At 14.5 years, I am an Older kitty, so I'm told

Senior kitty sounds much bolder.

Being older only means I'm wiser and quieter.

I nap and I dream, my life as I know it has not really changed. Each day I have is golden.

If I were a horse, I would be kicking up my heels out in  the pasture. 

If I were a parrot, I'd just be in my prime.

If I were a tortoise, it would be coming out time.

Right now this moment, I am living my life just being

happy to be

ME!!

Words Wednesday

PSA beginning at 8 am on Tuesday we started having Email trouble .   We can see messages sitting in our in box but they will not load.  If you emailed us and rec'd no reply that is why!!

 AT&T is working on it.   Hopefully by the time you read this it has been corrected.

PS.PS....WE JUST DISCOVERED LOTS OF OUR FRIEND BLOG BOOKMARKS DISAPPEARED FROM OUR LIST...OOOOH IS MOM SAYING HBO WORDS!!

Tuesday Traitor Tale

DAD OF MADI

FROM THIS DAY FORWARD TO BE KNOW 

TRAITOR DAD OF MADI...TDM

While I was home all alone last week....,my peeps were visiting with their friends in the mountains.  Upon their arrival they were greeted by this itty bitty black kitten.

Their friends knew the dog belonged to their neighbor but they did not know who owned the kitten.  The kitten and the dog were very friendly toward each other.  The dog went home but the kitten stayed.  Mom's friend (who knows nothing about kittens) bought some kitten food and gave it water and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my peeps for advice.  Not only is it a beautiful black kitten with golden eyes it is also a Poly dactyl kitten (has an extra toe on both front feet, his are like thumbs) like Sammy from One spoiled Cat and Ernie from Island Cats..Every thing on this kitty is black. Any way mom's friends are going to ask their neighbor if it is hers...if not they plan to take in it to the vet to be neuter and get vaccines.  Mom told me his was extra super duper sweet and very social kissing and rubbing all of my dad and my mom, mom kept on saying he is a lap kitty too.  MOL

Here are a few more random photos.....yes I know it is my blog but I'm gonna let mom get this out of her system so I don't have to hear any more.  I even heard her say Dad wanted to bring it home.

Mom thinks the dog (female) is a mix of Jack Russel and Dachshund

A Tale of Romance on the high seas

The Wench Happy Jackie finds her Cap'n

Ahoy mateys once I was Wench Happy Jackie (saucy female)

a Cap'n (captain) I had not.

I kept me deadlights (eyes) on high beam looking for a  

Mr. Rightnow...but none was to be found.

Me hearties (crew) LouisDog and Bear Cat, two

sea dog/cat (experienced seaman), said Yo-ho-ho

we must find Corsair (romantic term for pirate).

before Wench Happy Jackie makes us walk the plank. Louis pulled out his spy glass(telescope).  They set sail on  the the high seas.  All of a sudden Bear hollered shiver me timbers,I found him.

Louis bellowed sail ho (I see a ship).

There passing on the starboard side in a jolly boat (small happy craft) and a most handsome Cap'n Raz ...who just happened to be looking for a hip(pie) lady cat.

And as they say the rest is history

I am no longer a Wench Happy Jackie but Raz is still my Cap'n

Cap'n Raz turned me into a peace loving, bell bottom wearing  diva hippie!!

Treats for Lexi Day

Today we are joining pawticipating in a Blogville event to 

honor Lexi a very brave new Angel.  

Her Beau, Noodle, is hosting this event.

Noodle was always doing things to make Lexi smile...we know she is 

smiling big today.  

Lexi for sure it was a Treat to know you.  

You had such a sweet and loving personality.  You fought the EVIL "C" like a Warrior.
