Thursday this and that

Here are a few more pictures from our trip to the Yadkin Valley Wine Trail....
Madi is camera shy today.

Raffaldini's winery was in a beautiful location in the Yadkin Valley area of North Carolina.
The Brushy Mountains can be seen in the distance. The winery had quite an impressive entrance.
The land around the winery reminded me of scenes from the movie "Under the Tuscan Sun".

  4. Dear madi,

    Missed your pretty face today.

What a lovely place to visit. Mommy and daddy may have to check that out when they are in N.C. in the fall. I bet it's beautiful then.

Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures. Next time don't be so shy.

    Luv,
    Riley and Star.

  6. Hi Madi,
I spotted you over my dear friend Riley and Star's blog. I would like to be your friend, may I?
You're adorable, I love that freckle on your cute pink nose. I don't see any fleas at all!
My mom loves the movie "Under the Tuscan Sun" and winery. She visited Napa Valley without me!
We had cats in our house before: Romeo, Snoopy, Michell, Zoro, Miami, they all crossed the rainbow bridge. Miami lived up to 18 years, she had 99 lives!
    Big hug!

  8. Olive's Mom here :)
That is really beautiful. Reminds me of a few places we would visit in NY State.

I am wishing I were there now....

Olive says thanks for visiting her blog too and cats are always welcome. She has never seen a cat in real life before but is sure she would love to play chase :)

  9. That looks like a really nice place - we visited some winerys in Wisconsin (yes, there are winerys in Wisconsin) and they didn't look that fancy!

  10. Thanx Madi for the information about the winery. We'll tell our brother. Also, we seem to recall that he and his wife visited a winery in N.C. not so long ago. We'll ask him if that's the one?

By the way, you will just LUV MANGO THE MALTESE KIDDO. He is a Hoot!

    Luv,
    Riley and Star.
