Technically it is Sunday.....but as you can see the dark cloud of Monday is looming over
our house........
I'm sorry to say my Mom's very nice and long 2 week vacation is over....she goes back to work on Monday, January 4th.....ahhhhhh
woe be unto me I'm so sad. I'm trying to contemplate this horrible event and how I shall
manage without her. She stays very busy and I have followed her about...I will miss that.

I know that Mom will miss getting to stay at home with you as well. But it is always exciting when they come home after being away for a while!
ReplyDeleteGizzy's Mom feels very bad that your Mom has to go back to work tomorrow...but your Dad will be there. You will need to tell him that now he'll need to be alert to your needs cuz Mom won't be home to assist with daytime diva demands.

ReplyDeleteYes Madi, I understand how you feel. M.O.M. and M.O.D. drove in to the big city today and I had to stay home with catsister. Gosh, the day seemed so long. M.O.M. laughed a bit when she found my chew bones in every window sill I could reach. Well, I had to have somethng to do while I was watching down the street for them to come back home! ReplyDeleteWe are in the same boat tonight. Mom is dreading the kids back at school and the Dad back to work. She likes us all home together all the time..as do I. Mom works at home but she has been available to us and has not worked the last few weeks either.
Tonight we baked some homemade dog treats to lift our spirits.

Oh Madi! We know how you feel! Our mom has to go back to work tomorrow too after being home for almost 2 weeks! We are very sad...and so is mom...maybe mom is more sad than us....

I didn't know/hear it was bird day today. I've been chasing them all morning. OMD, I'll stop now. I'm so excited to have a feline as my blog buddy. Oh Madi, we are so sorry your mom had to go back to work today. Miss Cindi says she will play with you and even let you have the new catnip mouse to cuddle with. Of course if you are like Miss Cindi, a nice long nap can take all day and mom will be home when you wake up.
