Apologies, Kool Sr. Kitty Klub and what am I doing

First of all Mom and I want to apologize if we did not get to your blog this weekend.
We have had thunderstorms off and on all day every day and at night since Friday.
When it is storming like that we turn off the 'puter!!! WE had 7" of rain from Friday night until just before dark on Sunday and lots of t-storms and lightning. We are fine and no damage.

Also Sammy and Andy's mom at Meowsville asked us to be a charter member of her
Kool Seniors Kitty Klub. You might have noticed our official badge on our sidebar.
Please drop by to say hi to Sammy and Andy. They are two very handsome mancats. You may also find out how you can join the KSKK.
Now what am I doing you ask.....
I'm guarding the food box I answer...

A gal has to be very, very cautious and carefully watch where her food is stored.

  1. It's smart thinking to join a Senior Kitty Club before you start looking like a senior...

  3. Hi Madi,
Hope you got through the thunderstorm alright... I (Huskee) freak out when there is a thunderstorm and stick as close to the humans as possible whereas my mad sister runs around the house barking at the thunder (and I thought someone said that Border Collies are supposed to be smart!! Apparently not the one in my house.. heehee)..

Good thinking Madi.. you MUST always keep both eyes glued to where your food is stored. Ok I am off to look at my kibble bin now.

  4. Don't worry about us, Madi. We know you visit when you can. You, a senior? For a kitty, 8 is just hitting your prime. I won't admit to being a senior when I'm 8, even though that's really getting up there for a Shar Pei. On the other paw, you will be just a kitten to those senior mancats. You'll be able to wrap them around your paw, which can be nice, too.

  22. Hi Madi & Mom,

Glad to hear you got through the storms okay, that is a lot of rain. We had a thunderstorms last week and I turn off the computers too. We had high winds with our storms, gusts up to almost 60 mph. Fortunately it only knocked out the power for a few minutes.

Cool news about the club but you really don't look like a senior Madi, are you sure you aren't kidding us about that. Cindi is about 5 yrs and you look about the same age!

    Hugs & Purrs,
    Judy and Cindi
