The 'eyes' have spoken

The story behind this picture is....I'm at the computer slaving on Madi's blog and she screeched politely expressed her dismay at the lack of food in her bowl.  Of course, being the devoted cat slave that I am, I immediately prepared a gourmet meal for the Diva and of course served it in Waterford Crystal....
(I have no idea what the green tint on the carpet is...maybe it is the reflection from those Diva green eyes)

  1. I have 3 ways of getting my point across.
    1. Staring at my servant for an extended period.
    2. Banging the bowl on the floor.
    3. Barking.

    Or all of the above...

  2. Shame! Bowls should never be empty! Feed the kitty happens first thing...no matter what. It's sort of a rule. MOL!

  3. Madi looks a little upset, but she's always beautiful!...There's a sign on our kitchen wall that says Feed The Cat=it's definitely a rule, it's like the law around here!!MOL...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki

  4. Madi, the look on your face is priceless. Not a happy Diva kitty at all.

We have to constantly work on training our assistants Madi, if not they will slack off and we won't get 100% full attention. When my mom gets up in the morning I am standing beside my bowl, "feed me first, then you get coffee". She does my biding and then gets a reward. MOL!

  5. Oh Madi, that is quite an evil look - we are not surprised that your human slave immediately lept into action.
We hope it was roast duck with orange served in the Waterford Crystal bowl.

ps our mum says to tell your mom that just reminded her of a visit she had to Ireland - they were visiting the Waterford factory and our Dad reversed into a brand new car in the car park!
Our mum tried hiding on the floor of the car as it was our dad's fault.
He has a strange habit of reversing without looking behind him - something our mum has never quite worked out!

  6. Oh, she's got the green laser eyes going on. Those demand immediate attention or you could get turned into a squirrel. At least that's what Simone tells me.

  10. Yep, I'm pretty sure the green is from her laser eyes which she was getting ready to use on you if you didn't hops to it! Whew! That was a close call for you. I hopes you remember this lesson in the future.

  11. Yes, it was probably a good ten years ago now but your mention of Waterford Crystal suddenly brought it back.
I can laugh now but not at the time - as husband explained calmly he had been using his mirrors and hadn't seen anything.
Of course when I learned to drive you had to look behind you - you didn't even have passenger side mirrors - but no there wasn't a man walking in front waving a flag!!

  12. Well Done Madi! Although the crystal is probably over-rated is good to keeps the servants thinking of ways to please you.

  18. Now you've made me spend 45 minutes looking up information about cat's eyes! :)

I had read somewhere that cat's eyes and dog's eyes reflect differently for some reason, and now I can't seem to find it! Oh well! :0
