We love animal quotes....

Posted by PicasaCats regard people as warm-bloodied furniture...Jacquelyn Mitchard
A Dog wags its tail with its HEART....Martin Buxbaum

Mom recently read 'Who's Kitten Who? by Cynthia Baxter. She gives it *****
The main character, Jessica Popper, is a Veterinarian and amateur sleuth.
At the beginning of each chapter there is a quote about animals.
Mom loves them all and will periodically share them with you all.
The book Mom read before this one was 'Deception Point" by Dan Brown all 700+
pages it was excellent too but she said it required lots of concentration. 'Who's Kitten Who'
was sweet, funny and gave her brain a rest.

  2. We love the animal quotes and look forward to any you want to share. Blog Mom hasn't read a book since I started blogging. Isn't that awful? When she does read, she likes mysteries, too.

  7. Pretty collage! We enjoy animal quotes too - especially humourous ones. We like the one about how dogs have more friends cos they wag their tails and not their tongues!
Happy whatever day it is .......off this week and losing track of time.

  9. I could use a big book of humorous quotes.

(I just finished Hothouse Orchid by Stuart Woods and moved on to Lowcountry Summer by Dorothea Benton Franks.)

  14. When our human was little she wrote this:

    "Cats is cats
    Dogs is dogs
    Mice is mice
    and Rats is Rats!

My brother said it was good and she always liked writing after that.

  16. We love animal quotes so we look forward to reading them. Our mom has only been doing light reading lately - she is to lazy for anything where she has to think. So 700+ pages would never happen at our house!

  24. Hi Madi & Mom,

We love quotes almost as much as beautiful flowers. The one Krista quoted is our favorite, "Dogs have masters. Cats have staff."

Your new header is beautiful and I really like the new name for your blog.

  25. I was born and raised in Montgomery County, North Carolina. We have two dogs that we love. My husband and I have been on the road in our RV for 10 months. We are currently at our third campground host assignment - Morro Strand State Beach. We are focused right now on exploring Central Coast California and expect to be at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park next. You're invited to stop by when you have a moment. I have two blogs - Levonne's Pretty Pics and A Camp Host Housewife's Meanderings.
