HAPPPPPPPPPPY NEW YEAR

I'VE BEEN DOING A LITTLE READING ABOUT
'New Year's RESOLUTIONS'
AND WHAT THEY MEAN.
MOM MAKES THEM SO I THOUGHT I BETTER FOUND OUT WHAT IS WHAT.

I'VE DECIDED A FEW CAT RESOLUTIONS* I READ MIGHT BE WORTH TRYING ON TO SEE HOW THEY FIT.
1. I will not flush the toilet while my human is in the shower.
2. I will not perch on my human's chest in the middle of the night and stare into her eyes until she wakes up.
3.As fast as I am, I must remember that I cannot run through closed doors.
4. I will remember that I am a walking static generator
5. My human does not need my help installing a new board in her computer....she needs the Geek Squad.
6. I will remember that my human will wake up and feed me, even if it seems I will simply waste away
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
7.  I will not hide behind the toilet so that I can pat my human on the 'tocks when he/she sits down just to make her levitate...MOL
I never would have thought of that....hummmmmm
*Mom found these very appropriate resolutions in "The Little Big Book of CATS"!!!  She said the author must have a web cam in our house!!  MOL I hope not!!
RESPECTIVELLY SUBMITTED,
MADI

  3. Madi, I think that's just a work of fiction. I can't believe for a minute that there's any such thing as cat resolutions. I have never met a kitty who thinks in terms of SELF-improvement. Of course, neither do I.

    lotsa licks, Lola

  5. Madi, is this a list of kitty New Year's resolutions or new ideas? I am going to share this list with Cindi Lou (who is napping at the moment), well I won't show her #7 and see what she thinks. Somehow I don't see her making any resolutions.

Some one send me the link to a webcam today that you might like http://sportsmansparadiseonline.com/Squirrel_Nest.html

    Happy New Year!

    J and Cindi Lou

  21. Those are all very good resolutions, Madi. I hope that you don't actually do some of those things, but, somehow, I don't think that you do. You are too lovely and gracious a cat to do anything like that. Says Louise whose Leon woke her up from a nice nap this afternoon by jumping smack on her chest and demanding supper.
