  1. You've got the right idea Madi. Unwrap, get rid of the goodies inside (save for later after moms move the Christmas playtime things), and then play with the really fun stuff. We have spent most of the day rolling on wrapping paper and playing in boxes. We just luv Christmas time.

  5. Yep, Violet is an American Girl doll. She was a Christmas gift from the grandparents. Did you notice she has a yorkie on her sweater? They all went to the store downtown and I hear it was INSANE!!! The store has a beauty salon, cafe, and photo studio. My mom, sissy and grandparents avoided all the other things and just picked out Violet. You could literally spend your entire life savings in that store! They even have little stuffed animals that look like various dogs and cats so you can get your doll "a pet". They have a yorkie that we may get for my sissy for her birthday next year.

  6. Madi, you are just like the kids!
St. Nick comes up with toys to play with,
but you prefer the wrapping and the boxes! LOL
You probably have to be in the right mood, plus nobody around, so that you can sneak up on that door knob scratch post!

  15. That reminds me of the 'indestructible' dog toys that I get for Jack. Evidently there is an asterisk at the end: Indestructible*

  20. Word around verifies that kitties definitely like crinkly paper and boxes of all sizes. We think you look quite cute in that box, just be careful you don't get locked in one by mistake:)

    Have a great week, Madi.
