Mom asked me.....

Madi,
did you know you are on the precipice??!!

Since I didn't have a dictionary, I just ignored her but she insisted on telling me the meaning is 'sharp cliff'.
I told her not to be such a drama queen!!
Lucky for me I don't move a lot when I nap.

  1. Bless her heart. My Mommy's such a drama queen, too. "Don't touch that, it's hot, Be careful, that's really high." On and on and on. Mommies, gotta luf em. Luckily we got good ones. xoxoxox - Prancer Pie

  3. My Mommy does stuff like that to me. I kind of like crawling up on top of the couch to sleep(maybe I do has feline in me or Snoopy), and she tries to get me down. Foolish woman, nobody wakes the Sashy from a sound sleep. She will learn. Sleep well my pal

  4. Our mommies mean well but they don't understand that we have a great sense of balance. Our mom is always telling us we are going to fall but of course we never do. Moms are great but they sure do worry a lot.

  16. I agree with you. You shouldn't need a dictionary when talking to your mom. If a shorter word will do (like 'cliff'), then a shorter word should be used. I think Winston Churchill once said something to that affect... effect?... who knows. But then again, he wasn't a mommy.
