TUESDAY TALL TALE and Events

Mom said my eyes were as big as saucers. I guess she was right
I definitely have something in my sights

I was so intent to discover exactly what species of creature it was that I stood very tall on my tippy toes still with wide eyes. I meowed for mom to come see the prehistoric bird.....

she said silly kitty it is just a fan. It has been on the porch for 6 years. She uses it every time she is on the porch but for some reason....I just noticed it.  I told her I had bigger fish to fry than to notice her fan.  That being said may I encourage you to click on the links below to see today's Olympic events.

Roaching and Rolling

PS:  Mom says to say she is so sorry if she missed visiting you yesterday.  She had to take my G-ma to a marathon Dr. appt. she left home at 10 am and returned at 3pm. The old girl (mom)
was plum tuckered out too.
PSS:Several folks asked about the box I was sitting on yesterday.  It contains my Dad's train that he takes to Mr. J's every Wednesday when he and the train brains get together to run their trains.  I cannot tell you all the most delicious fragrances it has when he comes home from Mr. J.

  14. Madi,we have those silly birds in a lot of the rooms here. We are all pretty used to them, but the first time Lightning saw one start flying, he barked and barked at it. Silly boy.

  20. Oh poor Mom, having to go to the doctor for three days or seems like it anyway. Our Mom hates sitting in a doctor's office. Waste of time.
Love you looking at that fan Madi. That is a very strange looking bird with four wings of all things. Hope all of you have a great day.

  21. Oh my.....does the Diva have ADD then? 6 years and you're just now noticing that it's a ceiling fan? Actually, I just think y'all are being a contrary one today. But you did get MY attention. Look at those beautiful eyes!!!!

  22. Oh my Madi that fan was not there yesterday, we know it and you know it. IT is something that needed to be investigated. Mom had a marathon doctor visit with Dad in tow yesterday. So we know how your Mom felt.

  23. Isn't is fun to discover new things? Even if your mom says it's been there for 6 years. Also, if mom was exhausted after the marathon doctor's appointment, how did grandma feel?
