GRANDPEEPs UPDATE:
Grandpa is feeling much better and we're happy to say he has been resting. He still has about 6 more days of horse pills to take
Grandma is still very confused. Sometimes she talks sensible other times not so much. When the elderly fall it is a shock but to add surgery, pain meds and hospital and rehab stay it can mess up their thinking.

My very best good greyhound vibes to the Grandpeeps... we know it can be a difficult road to recovery. Mum says to tell you when she was in the States many years ago she found a magazine selling all sorts of gadgets and one was a seat to adapt a human toilet for cat use.....she still can't believe it now.... but perhaps you should mention it to Mom ;-) Deccy x

Hope Grandma and Grandpa are both on the other side of recovery. I am now going to seek out a throne and a red rug. Do you share your throne with others in the house?

A throne and a red carpet for your paws....what'll they think of next? You, dear one, are spoiled rotten...as it should be. Your cuddling and purring is more than enough payment in return, I'm sure. As for your Halloween costume? Oh my goodness...scared the B-jesus outta me! And I love the cryptic get ups. Now, tell me....your patients of the elder generation..are they better? My oh my....that's tragic and I DO hope they get better very soon. It's so hard.

Positive thoughts for both grandparents. The confusion is troubling, but I'm sure they have told your mom it is almost normal after so many changes. Hopefully things will improve as life gets more stable.
