Tuesday This and That


Mom and Dad attended the Dixie Classic Fair, their first County Fair while on vacation last week.   Below we will share some of the highlights of the pictures they took of various and sundry 
critters.  BUT since it MY blog my picture is 
FIRST

 Mom doesn't know what kind of flowers these are but they sure are pretty.
 Miniature Piggy races 
a squealing good time was had by all.

Ice skating 'dogs'...MOL
 Smokey was there to prevent fires
 Old and new vehicles
 Dad told Mom he learned how to drive on a tractor just like this

  1. Do you think that gas station is still available? I think I might be interested. I like your bunny. But you should not turn your back on them. Well that's what I have heard. I never really have seen their faces up close just their fluffy tails as they hop away from me.

  2. You look very pretty with your bunny friend. Mommy and Daddy love those kind of fairs, so Mommy was all crazy for your pictures. She wants to know if they had yummy foodables? I am glad they are back home safe and sound.

  7. Oh I want to see the miniature pigs. Who would have thunk. Also I think we should go in together and buy that non-existent gas station. What a good deal. We could just sit there and watch the cars go by. That sure looks like a fun trip and fairs are so much fun. Glad you had a good time. Take care.

  18. Oh, those lovely flowers look likes Poppy's. They are the State Flower here in California. They grow wild all over!
    I LOVE Smokey the Bears!! Very fun times there at the Fair!!

  20. Fabulous photos for sure!! I do believe the orange flowers are a type of Poppy. They aren't the California version I am used to but the shape and leaf are right for a Poppy. :)

  22. The human lufs the critters at fairs...especially baby pigs and chickens. She sez yer lufly flowers in da picture are a variety of cosmos. Dey are great garden flowers.
