Those last minutes before dinner is served, have to be the longest ones ever! I try to butter up my Mommy to give me din-din. What woman doesn't want a mancat giving her headbumps and nosetaps? Sending some of those headbumps and nosetaps your way, sweet Madi. XOXO from Prancer Pie.

Our favourites are: Wally = Wallapalooza, Sammy = Sam-a-ram, Simone (our sister cat) = Mona-moo, Talullah (our other sister cat) = Bug-a-lug. We each have about 3 or 4 additional nicknames. We like Tiny Monkey though, you can hear the love in it.

ReplyDeleteAw, Tiny Monkey is so sweet. It sounds like loving. If our Mama forgets our dinner we follow her and sit right behind her heels. We have her trained not to step back without looking first. It is so funny, she looks even when we aren't there. MOL!

Nicki, too, is a screamer (like Binga), about everything: dinner, being let out, etc. When Derry wants to be bed (oh, about every 2 hours on weekends/when the human's home), he just goes and sits in the kitchen area. You can almost see him with his hands on his hips, saying, "Well?!?" :-)

i like tiny monkey to... and we do that with our dogs, all kinds of funny endearing names pop out. when Jake wants something to eat, he licks my right leg, never the left, just the right... maybe you should try that trick next time mom forgets to feed you.
