Once again mom was out of the office unexpectedly yesterday.
She went to take some more things to my Grandma and
lo and behold when she got there the senior ladies were having a chair aerobic class. Mom told me she sat her tush down in a chair to pawticipate and she had a great time!!!

first let me say you look soooooo beautiful in this shot.. love it. and second, i have done the chair thing at the nursing home and it is fun and also great exercise. tell mom if she wants to do it at home, to go to youtube and search for chair exercise...the home here also does tai chi from chairs and that is fun to...
