Mom invited me (I jumped up on the table) to have a look see
I gave it thorough Madi smell. It had some
delish new smells. I sent the scents way back to my
*Jacobson's Organ for identification.

I told mom I was stumped and thank her for the fun activity
The story is mom had a freebie at one of her local haunts
(Panera). Mom is all about freebies and B(uy)O(ne)G(et) O(ne)
The freebie was either a iced latte or smoothie
Mom selected a Strawberry Smoothie
OMCs was she surprised when the lady gave her the smoothie
with this mammoth lavender straw....
Mom said the very first thing she thought of was
I'll have to show this to Madi...and of course
I'm curious...I'm a cat (gasp) yes and I have to
investigate everything.

ReplyDeleteMommy likes those mammoth straws too. The current "bubble tea" craze means there are lots and lots of such straws (to be able to suck up the "bubbles"). WE aren't overly interested in them though, much to Mommy's disappointment (she brought several home for us). Ways to frustrate Mommy! MOL.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cool straw , you can use it when you are really thirsty. Oh and there is your name on that thingy too! My mom is not good to get freebies - once she got a free burger at Mc D but she is a veggie and gave it to a boy there instead to bring that thingy home for me.
