MOM IS....

E A S Y

ALL I HAVE TO DO TO HAVE HER
EATING OUT OF MY PAWS...
IS SIT ON THE BACK OF THIS CHAIR
WHILE SHE READS...

SO EVERY FEW WEEKS
I GIVE THE OLD GIRL A THRILL
I LIKE HER iPad...it doesn't have a flashy on it.
FYI:  Mom was playing Words With Friends
and crocheting I love watching her fingers,
the tiles and the yarn...Most entertaining

  1. Watching humans is almost as entertaining as birdie tv except the humans do crazier things. But Madi, how do you just watch the yarn? We like to play with anything that looks like string.

  2. I stand on the back of my human's chair sometimes, Madi, but you know what? She needs a cushier seat for me! Kind of like what you have!

  3. I'm told that Hamish liked to perch on the back of the old sofa, but me, I go for the lap every time. However, in my opinion humans are at their most fascinating when food is around...

  4. Do you help your Mom with the yarn, Madi? :)
Tutu sometimes sit at the back of Mommy's recliner but it's quite tricky trying to stay on. Because it's a ROCKING recliner!

  5. Lovely pic of you and your mom Madi. I hope you don't dive for her fingers while she is crocheting. Our cat brother's favourite hobby was clawing fingers down to the bone!

  7. The back of the chair is a great perch! It lets you sit close, but not be on the peep's shoulders. Peeps like us to be on their shoulders, but they're really not comfy enough to do that for long, so the back of the chair is a good compromise!

  8. BOL Madi I'd be there chewing the yarn in a heart beat. I too sit on the back of my fav chair when I am on Homeland Security. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

  9. Hi Madi,
I like watching my Pawrents in the kitchen and my Mum is always playing with me, she dosnt have much time to her self, I'm always by her side, I especially like helping her with the washing and crawling in the warm dry sheets especially in this cold Autumn weather! I think you look very cute Madi, all snuggled on top of the sofa like an extra fluffy pillow for your Momma! Does she had a fish screen saver on that ipad, that would be fun to watch???

  10. Those pics of you give me a thrill too, Madi. My Mommy is a pushover for some of my antics, too. MOL!

Happy Wednesday! ((hugs)) and ::kissess:: from your main mancat, Prancer Pie.

  11. I once tried to lay on the back of the couch.... I fell off. MOM laughed. I failed to find the humor in it.

  12. Good job Madi, keeping the Mom company. Keep those fingers of hers working. Don't want that mom sitting around doing nothing. Take care.

  18. You look exactly like my Putter Jean on the back of my chair. Only difference is in the color of your beautiful furs. Hers are black and your are a most lovely shade of gray.

  26. Maybe you might like playing with that yarn?? I am always on mom's lap. Sometimes she plays Words With Friends but she just plays with my dad. I think they are just too lazy to get the scrabble game out.

  30. We've learned that it doesn't take much to make the humans happy, Madi. :)

  31. Madi, you are certainly the cat to write the book on manipulating the humans! My mom can't believe your mom can crochet and play games at the same time! She has a hard time not screwing up what she is crocheting and that is without games!

  32. I’m impressed, I must say. Really rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is outstanding; the issue is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.
