THURSDAY FISH TALE

Scenario: Mom about to start supper, she asked Dad to
let her know how long it took me to get to this very spot

*
*

Once upon a time there was a diva cougar cat
sleeping peacefully on her peeps bed...she was
dreaming of treats, sweets and most of all
fishes...
When lo and behold...her sleepy nose caught
a whiff of fish in the air.

Time keeper Dad heard a thump from the bedroom
and before he could say 3 shakes of a cat's tail
I was in this very spot watching and
waiting.

Why you ask?  Well only two things
can wake me from a deep sleep
the smell of salmon as soon as the can is opened
or (turkey) bacon sizzling. I always always get a corner of the bacon and a good pinch of salmon from the can!!!
YEP LIFE IS GOOD

  1. Oh Madi, I'm so impressed how very refined and well-behaved you are in the presence of fish! Mommy says we all behave like a bunch of well--animals, when we hear fish being opened up!

Happy Thursday! Nose kisses from your BFFF, Prancer Pie.

  3. If Binga hears the rustling of a plastic bag, it gets her attention - she knows there must be cat treats nearby (and she is not always right)!

  4. The best room in the house over here is the kitchen Madi when there is cooking going on or when I feel like a bin raid. Have a tremendous Thursday.

  8. We're so impressed you just waited there instead of trying to trip your Mom. Mommy says that's why you're a Diva and we're not. Hrummpf.

  9. We all come running at the noise of a can opening and also when Mom is cutting up chicken for herself. Cats do have such good noses and smellers. Hope you have a super day.

So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
