WE HAVE TWO RULES HERE IN THE HOUSE
1. MOM DON'T 'LOW NO ONE TO STAY IN BED ONCE THE SUN IS UP
2.MOM WILL NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH THE
BEDS UNMADE
RECENTLY MOM CAME IN TO REMIND ME OF THE RULES
BUT I PAID HER NO MIND TURNED OFF MY EARS . BESIDES IT WAS STILL DARK IN THE ROOM
2. UNTIL MOM RAISED THE BLINDS
DAD TOLD ME I'M LUCKY I'M THE ONLY
ONE IN THE HOUSE MOM WILL 'LOW TO STAY IN THE BED AFTER THE SUN IS UP AND SHE EVEN LEFT
THE HOUSE WITH THE BED UNMADE
Oh dear, it is a good job your Mom does not live in Scotland in midsummer. There would not be much sleeping....

ReplyDeleteI can't type. I am in shock! Mom left the house without making he bed???? Oh My that is true true LOVE.... tell Mom i don't even leave the bedroom without making up the bed, step out of bed, run to potty, make up bed....of course there is no Mayor in the middle of my bed.
ReplyDeleteMy Mom has this thing about the beds too.....She wakes me up from a sound sleep under the covers just to fix the bed....sheesh!
ReplyDeleteMommy always makes the beds here before leaving the house. We can never figure out why because Muffin just runs right back in there and messes it all up again!

She left the bed unmade? We're impressed, Madi. Our human makes the bed every day too, has since she was a little girl. Except for a *very* few times when she's been too sick!

ReplyDeleteMom learned how to make the bed around us. In fact, when Angel Tamir was still alive, Mom could change the sheets while he snoozed - THAT was a real accomplishment!!

Fixing the beds while someone is in them is just not right! And tricking you by raising the blinds, hmmm. Well that sure is clever :-) Next time hide under the covers!

Mom wishes we could have that rule here. She is a morning person, an EARLY morning person, but the Dadster likes to stay up late at night and sleep in in the morning - how did they ever end up together???
