I found my most comfortable post on the back
of the puffy couch cushions...but of course
there must be a blankie there too for ultimate comfort.
My friend Molly the curly furred Golden,
(my mom is very jealous of Molly's curls and fur color)
prefers being in the corner of her couch with a
blankie under her and 2 lovely lighthouse
pillows for ultimate comfort. Oh and Molly was caught
here when her Mom left the house for 5 minutes.
MOL she doesn't look the least bit guilty
Harley my 'nephew' finds his ultimate couch comfort
when he has a warm human by his side and the human's hand
massage his neck. This human was my traitor Dad
So do tell us how you find ultimate comfort on your couch!!
You do the couch just like we enjoy it. You're certainly right about a blankie making it just purrfect, too.

I'm usually on the couch only when my human is there, and I sleep next to her when she is napping, or on the pillow over her head. She says Sparkle never did this - if she was lucky, Sparkle would sleep on her chest, which was nice too, when it happened.

We usually only sleep on the couch when someone is on it with us. Otherwise, we sleep on the nearby chair. We can see into four rooms of the house from that spot.

ReplyDeleteWinston love the back of the couch...so much so, that oftentimes, he is so relaxed he rolls right off onto the floor!! WAKE-up call!!!! And Tahoe, she loves sleeping under the bed...hidden behind the bedspread.
ReplyDeleteWe would have to say that your perch on the couch is definitely the most comfy-looking!!! Once upon a time Phantom would love to sleep curled up like a donut on the couch, but he doesn't want to get up there any more:( Lightning very very very rarely ever gets up there. But oh Miss Ciara, she is the Queen of the Couch here, upside down pose is the best!!!

there is no room for me on our couch, there are two fifity pound dogs on either end.. if i sit in the middle they make me to hot.... but when i do find a spot on the couch, i schooch down on my back in a half laydown with my feet on a pillow that is on the ottoman...

I agree blankies and pillows are essential. I like it to build a cave or a hill from all that stuff, best with dirty paws :o) btw: my mom is jealous too of Molly's curls...she would love to have golden curls!

Bella loves the Television end which also looks out the front window.
ReplyDeleteRoxy loves being snuggled up next to HER, or curled into a ball. And Dui just likes to be put on the couch, jump down, put up, jump down, put up. We hope he learns to jump up himself.
I like a lap between me and the couch. If there is no lap available I like the back of the couch.

We aren't allowed on the couch so we will take your word for it that they are comfy. We do enjoy lounging on the big bed though.
