Hi everyone, it’s Walter here! Wow the Christmas cards are already rolling in and we want to say thanks to everyone we have received one from. Did you know that the stamps that come with all those cards can help the
Retired Greyhound Trust across the pond? Yes they can! So we are asking you to
Save Those Stamps! and send them to us.
You may remember that last year another blogger collected stamps for a charity in United Kingdom. She is no longer blogging but I didn’t want all our stamps to go to waste so I decided to organize the effort this year. I was curious and did a Google search to see if any charities in the United States collected stamps but I couldn’t find any so I will be sending all the stamps I get across the pond.
I will be collecting stamps to send to the Retired Greyhound Trust (RGT) in the UK. Every kilogram (about 2.2 lbs.) of used stamps collected can be sold in aid of the RGT. Their target is £1,5000 ($2345 USD) which is the cost of kenneling a dog for a year.
If you are on
Angel Jazzi’s mailing list then you should already have our home address if not then just leave me a comment asking for the mailing address and I will email it to you. Save up all your stamps and after Christmas just put them in an envelope and send them to us (make sure you have enough postage in case it weighs more than one ounce).

MOL at white tummy furs... and i am betting you rarely lay on anything white... we don't do Christmas cards and only get a few from die hards that send them. can it be any stamps? we don't get many of those either.. but i will watch for them.. great idea.. while sitting in docs office this week, i looked down at my black pants and saw all those dog hairs and thought hope the doc is not allergic to dogs.
