TWAS 1 DAY......

BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE
MOM WAS RUNNING AROUND ACTING CRAZIER 
THAN USUAL SAYING WE HAVE A LOT TO DO



I SAID MOM...CHILL THE TREE IS TRIMMED

I HAVE SECURED ALL THE BOWS WITH MY KITTY SLOBBER

THE CHRISTMAS EVE COLLARDS ARE WASHED
 AND COOKED.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH...HAVE A CUP OF JOE
THE REST OF THIS SHOW WILL BE A BREEZE.
SIS AND BIL ARRIVE TODAY
MOM ALWAYS MAKES THEIR FAVORITE PUMPKIN BREAD THE DAY THEY ARRIVE BECAUSE IT MAKES THE HOUSE SMELL DIVINE.

    You have done a wonderful job securing those present bows and the tree looks great, what a great help you are, we are totally chilled out here today on Christmas Eve-Eve, everything is done, we go down our Nan's on Christmas day for dinner so Mum is really lucky she can put her paws up with me and just wait for Santa Paws to come!   12. Merry Christmas! We know all about the running around and acting like crazy this time of year. Our Mommy is doing the same thing right now. Sometimes they just need to sit down and take in some deep breaths. It will all get done eventually.

  15. We had fresh garden collards last night for supper with cornbread, salmon croquet and oven cook onion rings. Was good stuff!

  17. The tree looks very pretty, I have never had collards.. are we missing something. I love pumpkin bread. I use a Bisquick recipe from years ago that has burnt sugar icing! Every slice needs a few pads of buttah!!

  20. OMD OMD Madi there is just NO Dealing with Peeps at this time if year.... they get all WILD and CRAZY... one would think that they had seen a DRAY of Squirrels in the yard... just waiting to be CHASED..
    You know that your MOM is NOT gonna relax... so we suggest that YOU do HER Share of it... along with Yours... No sense Wasting a good chance to RELAX and NAP...

  31. Oh I bet that pumpkin bread DOES make the house smell fab! I can ALMOST smell it here - except Mom made spiced pecans and an apple pie earlier and that's kind of using up all the available "smell good" air in my house!
