LAST MONDAY ERNIE MY ATTORNEY  FROM THE

JUDGE FRANKIE

ADJOURNED THE COURTS PROMISING HIS RULING ON
TUESDAY

I have deliberated long and hard on the charges.   There are Three of them.

TRIBULATIONS 1-3
TODAY I'D LIKE TO  REPORT MOM'S RESPONSE TO THE VERDICTS
BELOW!!  MY REPORT IS IN RED!!

1.   I therefore find that Madi was CHEATED outta a Fine Box.
I am sentencing Miss Cecilia to a trip behind the mall for a session of Dumpster Diving.
JUDGE   FRANKIE TO DATE MOM HAS MADE NO EFFORT AT RIGHTING THIS WRONG!!  THE ONLY DUMPSTER-LIKE THING I'VE SEEN HER NEAR IS OUR
90 gallon curb side City Trash can!!

2. The Stalking of Madi...
I am placing Miss Cecilia to a DAILY Pawbation period...  NO Stalking from 10 AM to 3 PM...  Pawsitively NO Flashy Beast used during those hours...  the Pawbation period will be for the period of 8 or 7 days from today...
Judge Frankie she has completely ignored your mandate of no stalking from 10am -3pm
I had the flashy monster set to time stamp but she tampered with my setting. Thus I have no proof.

       3.  RELENTLESS and REPEATED refusal to prepare Madi's Supper in a timely fashion...
I sentence her to pawceed to the KITCHEN STORE, where she is to procure a TIMER...   Timer to be SET fur 87 minutes from the End of the No Stalking time daily.   This is to continue fur 8 or 7 days.. or until Miss Cecilia can PROVE that she WILL serve Madi   her supper ON TIME.

Judge Frankie I am happy to report Mom aka Miss Cecilia took this mandate to heart...she
made a special trip to our Kitchen searched high and low....finally found her  87 year old timer

TIMER
I checked to be sure it was set to 87 minutes....she cheated it was not.  Mom says it can only be set to 60 minutes

Upon closer inspection the ticking noise coming from
the timer and the diiiiiing it made was more aggravating than the Grandfather Clock in the foyer. I hired my
precious Dad to be my official timer...all he has to do is
remind holler at Mom FEED Madi!!

So in closing I guess the main complaint of timely feeding of Madi has been solved.  I heard Mom called me a Drama Queen... it takes a DQ to know a DQ...I DO not expect items
1 and 2 to be addressed.

Thank you again for your time.
Respectfully submitted Madi(son) D. Cat

  2. Madi, the foodables are the most impawtant, but I still think she should be penalized for not following through. At the very least, the flashy beast. We should have some part of the day when we feel safe and can relax. Good luck my pal.

  3. I'm afraid that even Hizzonor Frankie cannot solve everything….

  4. But, you are still one box down and contending with the flashy beast. Maybe a parole officer should have been appointed to see that the verdict is carried out properly!

....methinks a well-fed cat is less likely to be so concerned with flashies and BINges... more likely to be snoozies after the feedings.... so perhaps mum is onto something... Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

    1. That is way too complicated for us. We just demand food everytime the Mom stands up. There is always someone around here that needs food. Happy Monday to all of you.

  11. THIS is a Tapestry of Justice.
We think we need to send a Parole Officer to have a talk with your mom! One outta 3 is NOT up to Blogville Standards... and Tampering with the Timers of BOTH the Flashy Beast and the Reminder Timer thingy are NOT what His MopHeadedNess ORDERED... and WHERE is your replacement Box??? WE know that She is at the Mall Daily... and she NEEDS to get to that Dumpster and DIVE In fur the DIVA...

  12. Oh yes, the Food is most important, Madi!
I would agree, that timer might aggravate your appetite and that would be bad!

  16. Well, in our book our meals are very important so we give Mom an A for effort. You don't really want her searching in the dumpsters and bringing home lots of germs to you and we are pretty sure there is no way cure the Moms' addictions to the flashy beasts.

  22. Glad to hear the timely feeding charge has been suitably handled to your satisfaction but what about #1 and #2 Madi??? Those are impawtant too! I guess we do have to take our little victories when we get them though!

  29. We don't know about what the judge might do, but we think you shouldn't put your face so close to the timer. That thing makes a noise when you least expect it.

  30. We can't believe your mom isn't complying with Judge Frankie's orders. Maybe if she doesn't want to go dumpster diving for a box she can go to one of those stores like a Costco of BJ's to find a good box. Our mom says that at BJ's they always have boxes near the exit for you to pick through.
