No's two and three are mystery plates to me too. No. 10 might refer to the Insanity workout - apparently a lot of folks don't get beyond Day 3! No. 12 might be "Fly at (th)em... and year of birth"? Mach 83 doesn't bear thinking about, but then again neither does this bode well for the nature of the driving! Another, albeit a stretch, possibility is that this is a reference to the electro-band M83 whose track Outra was used for a RedBull extreme sport video is easily found on the tubular. Flying snowboards and stuff.
