Apparently I told an itty bitty kitty fib on
Tuesday...I am not going to be a couch potato this week.
The sun has returned and OMCs
it is glorious. It has also changed how it
moves about my house....and this sun puddle
goddess is following it.
Even a sun goddess gets a wee bit hot. I found a little
shade in the chair
Alas when the sun moves over the house behind the neighbors trees it becomes couch week once again.
These photos were all taken on the same afternoon. This kitty was plum worn out from all the moving!!
Enjoy your sun!
ReplyDeleteOh we love the sun too!
ReplyDeleteYou've gotta take advantage of sun puddles while you can, Madi! Especially this time of year.
ReplyDeleteWell its important not to get stuck in a rut, isn't it Madi?
ReplyDeleteA sunpuddle on the table where you can see out and snoopervise the yard. That's perfect.
ReplyDeleteWe understand! We've had tons of sunshine (and hots) here lately, too. Us kittehz must follow it until we're exhausted! MOL!
ReplyDeleteHave a Happy Thursday, Madi!
>>Smoochies<< from your besties.
Sunbeams are the best thing a kitty could have. Other than snacks. Maybe snacks IN a sunbeam.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard work keeping up with that nice warm sun, right Madi?? We like to do the same thing. You all have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteIt's a big job keep track of the sun puddles, but it's worth it!
ReplyDeleteHugs, your guy Raz and The Florida Furkids
Looks like you are getting your sun in and your exercise Madi!
ReplyDeleteAround here, our kitties tend to want to play some kinda commando maneuvers. Tahoe, black....likes to sleep under the bed or in the dark corners within shadows. Makes her incognito!! Then, Winston on the other hand...he lays on everything white. I swear, if the two adults here didn't know how they are, we'd be tripping over 'em ALL the time instead of just occasionally.
ReplyDeleteYou go girl!!! Chase the Sun!!!
Ah, the sun... every kitteh's best furriend, especially as we get older. PS: Mom luffs those wood floors.
ReplyDeletethose first 3 photos are PURRRRFECT and even AWESOME shots.. you look amazing in the sunshine and so do those chairs and the shadows..oh my.. purrfection..... follow the sun... we are still to hot for Jake and Baby to follow the sun. we have to close the windows to keep it out because it makes the AC run to much
ReplyDeleteJust make sure you don't get a sun burn in all those sun puddles! ;)
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, I noted the dip in the angle and trajectory of the fireball... yesterday, trees got cut over the way from me and that extends the light a bit... when I can see the fireball it makes my room like a solarium. I said 'when'.... I love to lounge in luxury-light at those times too!!! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Hey Madi!
ReplyDeleteWow, great job following the warmth! I bet you were tired, but oh, so very relaxed. Nothing feels better than a snooze in the sun. Great pix of you today!

ReplyDeleteAND when you move to the chair you have a nice cushion for your tush:) We notice the sun moving around a lot these days too, and it seems to disappear a lot earlier in the evening, making it harder and harder for us to get in that nighttime stroll.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Ciara and Lightning
