SATURDAY PHOTO HUNT

TODAY'S WORD IS
DOG: a domesticated carnivore
Clearly you won't see a picture of me here....
because I'm a C A T

My Golden Friend Molly graciously agreed 'sit in' for me.
Once again hear ohhhhh look Molly is a
LAP DOG
Madi why don't you sit in my lap. I sent Molly a quick text asking how much she weighed?  She was quick to reply  61 pounds
All of a sudden mom says, 61 lbs is too much for her lap.
To which I replied beggers cannot be choosers!! Molly's
mom says this is her favorite spot to be just before supper time.
She wants to make sure they remember to feed her!!
Molly I like the way you think...maybe there is something to
this lap sitting after all!!
Thank you for being my under study today!! Your Golden furs are beautiful

  2. well done Molly :o) I'm a lap dog too... and I have 80lbs... that's probably the reason my mom talks a lot about die-t stuff. butt I wonder why she needs a die-t... maybe to make it uncomfy to sit on her lap?

  3. I'm a Molly and I like being a lap dog too - on my own terms, of course! Molly's plan is an excellent one, Madi!

  4. That is one gorgeous Golden. But just a tiny bit large to be a lap dog but looks like she is determined. You all have a fantastic Saturday.

  5. I love to sit on Mara's lap. Especially when she is knitting. Although she says I have to be more careful of my tail, because she nearly knitted it the other day!!

  7. Rosie here ...I really did jump up on the table during a dinner party once and paw at someone's plate! My assistant was horrified. Now, when we have people over, I have to spend time in the bedroom with the door closed.

  8. Ladie has found that the bigger they are, the more they want to sit on your lap.

  9. my feelings about dogs are the bigger the better and Molly is a beauty..whomever defined dog as domesticated carnivore did not know that Dog is God spelled backwards.. I don't think Jake fits carnivore because he doesn't eat flesh, he eats dry dog food... now you know why i am the Mad-snapper, i read one sentence and my mind runs down all kinds of roads...

  11. I totally agree with Sandra! Our Molly is the Best Dog ever: loves everyone 4-legged and 2-legged, does not bark except to play and she likes to "hug" everybody by leaning against their legs, especially if petting her head! Thanks Madi for sharing!
    Hugs and nose taps,
    Kathy and Molly

  12. Molly is a very wise dog - you have to keep on "top" of those humans when it come to mealtime:)

Ciara like to place her front paws across Mom or Dad's laps but we are really lap dogs.

  13. Molly is so beautiful.
And for the record, I don't get this "too big to be a lap dog" business. Gail sometimes trots out this line to me, but of course I ignore it.
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.

  22. Oh Miss Madi, Molly has made The Staff go a bit weak around the knees! She is a total dogophile! In fact she went to the rescue to get a dog and I managed to dupe her into thinking I was a dog by growling MOL. She didn't realise until I was home with my paws under the table!! ;)

  23. She is very pretty! I don't see why your mom won't let her sit in her lap! Hmm... I am only 35 pounds -- how about me?
    Yours sincerely,
    Margaret Thatcher
PS: I know - I look lots bigger. I'm VERY fluffy!
