Thoroughly Poetic Thursday

TODAY I'M JOINING MY BUDDY SAMMY FROM

SEQUESTERED

Of late not by request
Sequestered I have been.
I have searched high and low
for a quest on which I could trek.
In Manor Madi there are many rooms
for this kitty to check; however, at every
turn in every room a mess I find.

Kitties are creatures of habit and routine
A mess we don't like, because at night we
wander

The furniture is out of place and not at all right.
The sight of the mess makes this  kitty kinda of spitty and
whiny.
Sequestered she is with her Mom who loves her in spite
of her shiny (wild) eyes constant request to be let out of the mess.

Sincerely and thoroughly disgusted and ready for the mess to
cease
Madi(son) D. Cat

Taken 7/22/16 day one Carpet Installation.

Another Not for our growing Not List

Quite disturbing
Undeniably the worst
Everybuddy's worst nightmare
Somemommy is gonna owe me big time
Tedious
Extremely aggravating
Restrictions on my actions
Entirely not my idea
Definitely this is the last time we'll do any renos

  20. Madi my dear, you have NAILED the poetry for this week! I love it - and I feel your pain - this renovation project certainly has caused a lot of upheaval in your Queendom and we must hope that SOON - and I mean SOOOOOON - things will settle back into the peaceful calm stream of life you (and your Mom and Dad) want!!!!! Meanwhile, thanks for pawticipating in my Thursday Poetry sessions - you're a masterful poet!

    Love, Sammy

Wow, great poetry work there! Oh, mess is just bad all the way around. We need order in our lives and sequestration is never a good thing. It will be great when it's all over!
