While I was home all alone last week....,my peeps were visiting with their friends in the mountains. Upon their arrival they were greeted by this itty bitty black kitten.
Their friends knew the dog belonged to their neighbor but they did not know who owned the kitten. The kitten and the dog were very friendly toward each other. The dog went home but the kitten stayed. Mom's friend (who knows nothing about kittens) bought some kitten food and gave it water and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my peeps for advice. Not only is it a beautiful black kitten with golden eyes it is also a Poly dactyl kitten (has an extra toe on both front feet, his are like thumbs) like Sammy from One spoiled Cat and Ernie from Island Cats..Every thing on this kitty is black. Any way mom's friends are going to ask their neighbor if it is hers...if not they plan to take in it to the vet to be neuter and get vaccines. Mom told me his was extra super duper sweet and very social kissing and rubbing all of my dad and my mom, mom kept on saying he is a lap kitty too. MOL

PSA beginning at 8 am on Today we started having Email trouble . We can see messages sitting in our in box but they will not load. If you emailed us and rec'd no reply that is why!!

That black kitty sounds so totally sweet! I'd have a hard time being mad at my human if she cozied up to this little guy. The dog... I'm not so sure about!

ReplyDeleteUHOH.....trouble ahead Madi.....or maybe not....after all the dog belongs to someone else and NOT next door to your house, and the kitten, while extremely adorable and special with his little thumbs like me (!), did NOT come home with your Mom and Dad. Chances are both of these "close calls" will not effect your position as ONLY DIVE in your household!

oh my.. what a shame that they not only loved and petted a kitten and a dog, they came home and TOLD YOU THEY DID PLUS showing photos to prove it.. no wonder you will not look at them... hope the friends get to keep the kitty

What the hell happened to your pawrents?????????????? Have they gone mad???????????????? Have they forgotten where their loyalties lie??????????????? Were they drunk????????????? And most impawtently . . . did you check their car to make sure nothing sneaked back with them???????????? We think you need an injunction (if Frankie & Ernie ever get their butts back in the office) to make sure there is NO further contact!!!!!!!

Now, that kitty is very beautiful. And the dog does like very nice as well. But Miss Oswin would sure be angry too if Mara were to think about getting a dog, so I do understand.
