Saturday Photo Hunt

We love Saturday Photo Hunt click
here for a list of words
Today's word is....

H A I R
Mom uses Sauve Kid's Shampoo Water melon scent
It smells tasty.
You are probably asking yourselves why mom
uses Kid's shampoo.
Short answer: she is lazy.
Precise answer: it is 3 in 1.
It is hypoallergenic.  My delicate mom has some allergies to ingredients in big folks shampoo.
Also if it gets in her eyes it won't cause her to tear up!
M O L
It is shampoo and conditioner combined which
saves her a step in the morning.
The label also says it is a body wash for wee ones.
MOL  Mom hasn't tried that yet but she figures it if is
gentle enough to bath a child it will be gentle on her
H A I R!!

YESTERDAY DORY DELIVERED A

Mom is a 'copycat' she copy this right off Mayor Elect Arty's blog
I hope and purr he doesn't sic the Blogville Pawlice department on her.

  1. I wish I had such a simple solution for my baths! I need TWO different shampoos, a rinse and leave in conditioner! At least there's a payoff when everyone says how soft my fur is. ;-)

  10. Sauvé has been around my whole life, my grandmother used it and so did my mother, but I don't think they had 3 in 1. I stopped using conditioner for the month of my cataract surgery, only washed my hair every four days, he warned not to get soap/cond in the eye until healed. I liked my hair so much better with just soap, now I nixed the conditioner.

  14. Ghostwriter is allergic to many products. If someone else is wearing smelly perfume, or using an overly-scented cleaning product, it makes her break out in hives! Certain laundry soaps and scented candles make her lungs close up. She's glad there are unscented products available.

  15. I bet that does smell good! :) I use baby shampoo on my hair every once in awhile. :)
helping that rescue group was very kind and generous of you. :) I looked them up online and you can see that the shelter needs a lot of help. it looks like a lot of dogs are sleeping on concrete. my family and I are starting a small business to raise money for local rescue groups just like the one you helped. :) I'll tell you all about it when we meet for breakfast. :)

  16. Hair? Oh yes, that shampoo sounds like Gail's sort of thing - minimal effort. Quite properly, she spends more time ensuring that my furs are properly maintained than she does on her own ones.

  22. We say the less time Mama spends washing her hair, the more time she has for us!! BOL!

Thanks for spreading the word about Thanks-Blogville!! We don't think Arty will mind at all..especially since Dory would get REALLY mad at him if he did!!

  25. Putter use to lick the Redneck's hair. Yuck. She would chew on mine. I didn't like the haircuts she was giving me, so I would not let her do that any more.
