TUESDAY NEWSY DAY

Robeson County Animal Shelter letter  mom mailed yesterday with a check
She also included a copy of our post from Sunday.

"Dear Robeson County Animal Shelter,
My, cat Madi, and I are members of an animal Blogging community.
Our friend Dory hosted the 2nd annual No Tricks Just Treats for Shelters event.  After seeing the article about your shelter’s work to help animals from Hurricane Matthew in the News and Observer, we decided we would support your shelter this year.  On Sunday, October 30, 2016, we had a post about your shelter and pledged $1.00 for each comment we received on our blog.  At the end of our comment a thon we had 26 comments.  We rounded the number off to 30.  Enclosed please find a check for
$30.00 for shelter and we thank each of you for all your hard work.
Below is a portion of the post we had up on Sunday.
Sincerely
The Upchurch Family"
