The mall where the peeps walk everyday is very lovely this season.
They have new Christmas decorations (first time in probably 15 years)
Mom and I wanted to show you a few today
They have several places to take selfies. This is mom's favorite because of
the purrty trees in the back ground

I jumped for joy when I saw these wire gift boxes outlined in itty bitty lights hanging from the sky lights

This one is where Santa talks to the kiddos
He sits on the green couch. I bet 87 kiddos have tried to climb in the sleigh
Most of the shop windows are decorated but this one was very festive and sparkly
Normally J. Crew windows are quite creative but the Christmas one is kinda blah

Mom thinks maybe the tree is electric and the snow might actually fall into the 'brella
They were there before the store was open.

ReplyDeleteShe loves all those crazy Christmas decorations.. I'm still trying to get my head around why we want our house covered in tinsel that I'm "not allowed to eat". What is the point of that?!

That would be a beautiful mall to walk. So pretty and festive. I miss the St. Louis malls, they do a pretty job... not much happens around our little area. Love the garland and the sleigh!

what a gorgeous mall you have and i would love to walk there for exercise even without the decorations. i really love those baskets from the ceiling and how ever did you get up there ms madi? cute little umbrealla tree and i love the window that only has a single white tree and yet it looks festive.

ReplyDeleteHow beautiful!!! That big tree is fantastic. It is always so much more festive to visit the mall when it is all decorated for Christmas and the sounds of Christmas music are in the air. Downtown at Crown Center in KC there is always a group from some local school or organization singing in the courtyard. And once in a while you can even catch a flash mob belting out a beautiful tune.

Those decorations look lovely. I have seen those trees like the one in the umbrella, but the ones I have seen were in large bowls. The snow does fall on them and gets caught in the bowl and sent up a hidden chute or something to fall again.
