#1 - this is a reference used in the creation of synthetic voice in technology. Phrase modulation and such.
#8 - Osho (aka Rajneesh) was a controversial 'guru', one of those who got genuine Gurus a bad name. He was a big hit in America, where the understanding seems to be 'if I have to throw money at it, it must be good'. His core teaching was Vedanta, but he was not a great practitioner example. He also manipulated the teachings and people.
#12 - not much to be found on this one except, perhaps, they are fans of the band called The Rube (from Thailand)
#13 - Well I would opt for Australia and New Zealand grown... but it is more likely to be some county in your own states where the plate was issued... Alabama somewhere?
