Tuesday Tour

On Sunday Mom came upstairs to tend the laundry...this is what she saw...
First she grabbed the camera then she asked me boo-cat (sometimes she calls me that) what are you doing up here...why you might ask.
Well as you might recall many many of my recent posts have been from the love seat,
or the bed with the lavender and green quilt.
I told her a Diva likes variety because it is the spice that makes life fun.

She debated on a photo shot in this location ...then she threw caution to the wind and
started clicking.  So we are gonna show you the loo of a boo-cat
1. As you know I have subqs daily so I pp a lot  (sorry if that is TMI), I always have 3 containers of litter handy 'cause mom has to add to the boxes between weekly changes.

2. This is a very special antique (anything over 25 years old) she purchased from Harriet Carter way back when this area was Milky-Way's (first family cat) Man Cave. Milky-Way used it for 14 1/2 years, I've been using it for 16 that = 30 1/2 years.  As you can see, it has two funky handles that are purrfect for fitting plastic grocery bags* over the handles to keep the bags in place.
My K9 friends have poop bags, I have a poop bag trash can. *we believe in recyle, reuse re-poopose

3 and 4. I'm a diva I have 2 litter boxes.

5.  As Milky-Way aged he some times over shot the box edges so Mom put a plastic liner under the boxes and a tad up the wall.  I'm here to tell you THIS DIVA does not DO THAT AT ALL!!!

6.  This is a huge bath towel under my boxes BECAUSE quite frankly I scatter litter all over creation.

  9. Madi, so many lesser bloggers might elect to leave out a certain very important area when giving a tour of their house, but thank goodness we can rely on you to provide ALL the key details in your descriptions.

  12. Madi, you've...er, um...your human has quite a set up for your purr-sonal business! I've been using two pieces of newspaper for the scooping job, then roll it up carefully and put it in the trash, sometimes in the plastic sleeve that we get our newspapers in. But I like your set up, Madi!

  14. I put a piece of plastic hall runner under the cat litter boxes. Jenna, the 16-year-old, has been known to occasionally overshoot. We recycle plastic bags for poop, too. Unfortunately, we never seem to have enough of them :(

  17. Mom is a saver too - she reuses all those plastic bags from the stores for poop patrol:)

We like to vary our resting places too. Right now we all want to be as close as we can to the cool air vents.
