  4. Yes, you are long and lean and lovely, Madi! I wish mom would put a towel on her chair and let me sit for awhile!

  5. I always sit where I am not supposed to and then when Mara puts a blanket or towel on it, I don't want it anymore! I think that's allowed, don't you?

You remind this senior gal that it is time she did some stretching herself - lean I'm not!!! Okay, down to business...

#1 - a mussel species which is invasive in USA, but native to Brazil. Maybe they are making a business out of harvesting these?
    #4 - YAMster agrees with Madi-dad
#8 - this is actually one of those misleading ones. It is an Urban Slang word.
    #9 - yes, Polish name
#10 = nope. It's another one of those related to gaming; I think this is League of Legends reference...
#11 - I like your take on it... a search reveals that there are about a dozen folk using this 'tag' as a FB profile, one bloke in Ontario on a dating site, several more on other network sites... and again with the gaming reference.
#16 - maybe they work at this place? It's in D.C.
#17 - in urban usage, DH refers to 'desperate housewife', so maybe she's a doctor and... but DH can also refer to academic areas such as Digital Humanities or another tech field, microprocessors; or to 'donor husband'...
#18 - probably, though it is coming up as a profile for - you guessed it - a gamer.
#20 - may refer to a camera tripod with load bearing of four kilograms...
#21 - it if is not someone called "A L Gates", then it may be a usage of obsolete English, meaning 'from all gates' and used in the way we would for 'everywhere' or 'However/nevertheless/notwithstanding'...
#21 (THE 2ND) - this is a stock market reference; Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Total Income Fund
#23 - yes, Meemsy seems to be one those names with multi ref and usage...

Golly you do good collecting all these wierd and wonderful plates Madi - I so enjoy my time checking them out!!! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  12. Ghostwriter keeps looking for funny licence plates, but hardly ever finds them. When she does, she can never remember them! But she keeps trying!

  18. Looking very fit there, Madi. We love your analysis of the plates, and then it is always fun to see what Aunty Yam has to add. We thought maybe # 9 was for L.A. Uber driver.

    Enjoy what's left of Sunday.
