New building we have been snoopervising since they broke ground.
As we watched the windows being installed the top two floors remained
covered in plastic. WHY....
They were waiting for special windows.
All the windows are in and we have no clue why they installed darker
windows on top two floors.
Of course they are for sun but the lower windows have a type of
glare resistance too, as you can see they are reflecting the bushes.
Upper parking deck at Crabtree Valley Mall. They always have the
most colorful beds and potted plants

#4 - CNS means Central Nervous System (no other use for it as far as am aware), which means the BLT is more likely to be Bright Light Therapy, which is used to retrigger the brain for correct sleeping pattern.
#14 - you didn't put anything for this... but this is a reference to an electrical switching unit...so may be owner is a 'Sparkie'?
#15 - Li20s is a chemical equation - does the car runon LPG? (propane).
#20 - or it's a vehicle belonging to this company
#25 - yup, they either love it or sell. Maybe both!

Even though we left that area I'm thinking there are tons of new buildings going up around you like crazy. Chapel Hill was sprouting with new apartment communities and other buildings as well when we moved. That area is spreading like crazy!
