Cats keep their emotions a secret they always look the
same. Once they 'decide' you can join their pride you KNOW
just how they are feeling.
We were owned by cats for about 31 years total.
I cannot tell you HOW many times visitors (non cat folks) would say
oh they don't look very happy/friendly/like they are enjoying life.
For a while I tried to explain but finally I just decided it was my secret.

Dogs wear their emotions outside you always know how they are feeling.
Having been 100% owned by a might mini Dachshund, Drabble always tickles me.
obviously the cartoonist is owned by one too.
Even nearly 40 years later we still laugh at Toto tales.
Being a Dachshund, he marched to his own drum beat he did not know he was
vertically challenged in his mind he was a Great Dane...he was fearless
and I loved that about him.

I have always loved Garfield, and always been owned by a dog. I love the sheep and the upside down one looks like what Big Boy does all day long, in fact is upside down on the sofa as I type. I love cartoon critters also....it might be time for you to rescue a kitty from a shelter...
