  1. Maybe BMERX is someone who won't buy a BMW again, or perhaps it is BMER Number 10 (X) Haven't a clue!

What wonderful views!!! Breathing deeply and refreshed for the task in hand...
#1 - Like BR&M I was initially thinking along the lines of a BMW owner (who refer to their vehicles as 'beemers'); however I also know that Merx is a surname of Dutch origin, but there are also tags on other social sites for BMERX as well as a possible reference to a bike.
#10 - more likely to be HOT 22 - the z substituting for a second numeral... or the driver is declaring they have the 'hots too'...
#13 - Your local builder (Apex NC) Their FB page.
    #16 - definitely a cosmetic sales car
#19 - there is horse feeder unit which is called Haylo, but as the company is based in Ireland, this is an unlikely source for the word. Over your way, it is more likely to be referring to an 'app' called Haylo, which is a world prayer forum.
#21 - n. a prohibitionist; someone always alert for the smell of alcohol on someone's breath. (Prohibition.) "No wiff-sniffer is going to tell me what to do." (Free Dictionary)
#22 - lots of use as a code for parts, mainly electrical. However, there does appear to be use as a moniker in gaming, also.
#23 - ... or it is owned by someone deeply involved with SonSet Solutions, a Christian outreach in technology, based in IN.
#26 - Lekker means 'yummy'. It is Dutch. There is a soundtrack called Lekker07 on Soundcloud.
#27 = vernacular language, generally a favourable comparison. eg. you are the toast for my marmalade = t to the m... (best guess, but could come down to that generic back up = gaming!)

You haven't put a query beside #28 JUVE... so you must have a local reference for it. All I could find is Juventus Soccer Club!

    Happy Sunday. YAM xx
