Feline and Nature Friday: Sunrise and Leaves

We thank Comedy Plus for hosting

Dearest Aunty HiC,
I’m sad to see the college football regular season come to an end.
It’s the one time of the year Mom will sit down longer than 10 minutes, and I take full advantage of her lap. 😻

Thank goodness for playoffs and bowl games. 😹

❤️ Kat Your Feline Nephew

Oh dear sweet nephew!! Maybe since you are still technically on vacation in the Wheelie House Mom will continue to sit more than roam!!
What absolutely precious photos of you lovingly looking into your mom's eyes. Your white feets remind me of Angel Madi's.
Is she wearing a 'Bama had?  We were sorry to see the Tide had a bad game too.

We (NCSU) fans are glad to see it over.

YIKES what a horrible season we had.
Lovingly Aunty HiC

Kat wrote back to tell me Mom's hat says Life is Good.
And it surely is!!

Today's sunrise is courtesy of my gal pal Janice...she lives East of us in Wake County
All our fall eaves have turned loose
Now the sunrises and sunsets are tickling our Mind's Eye.

Sea of Leaves from our back yard
Thankfully all of this is natural area so no raking required.

  1. What a sunrise! That was stupendous! I am glad that Kat is getting to snuggle in mom's lap a lot. The only time that I sit still for long is during the Tour de France so I get it!

  3. That college football stuff is all double Dutch to us, but if it means more lap cuddles then that has to be a Good Thing.

  5. What a sunrise! We had an OVERLY ABUNDANT leaf crop this year but fortunately Dad managed to "get rid of" most of them. We don't watch college football around here or almost ANY football but I hear Angel Sammy LOVED watching it - just so he could see all those little things scrambling around on the screen. HAHAHA
