Fantastic athleticism from Madi and we love the poem. Biggy is certainly a fitting name for that Panda, and is at least more original than Gail's name for her Panda stuffy, which was, er, 'Panda'!

Madi did and always will get the gold medal for Dismount! she was the best at that, and leaping was right up there with the dismount. loved the panda poem and story.... amazing she still has them.

ReplyDeleteVery very sweet poem about Sissy to Angel Madie and Biggy! Laughing about your thought that Toto wanted to give Poppy a face lift... I would have to agree LOL! I still have my Toothpaste Teddy, we are 68 years old. Given to me by my godfather when I was born. I squirted toothpaste on him when I was two, most of it came off. Madi was epic in her kitchen Olympics and dismounts from the counters!

ReplyDeleteFirst things first - how wonderful to see that famous leap and dismount of Angel Madi! She sure had the moves. Then we have to say that we ADORED your poem for today's Poetry Challenge. Pandas are so darn cute - whether stuffed or real. Biggy is a wonderful name and I'm happy to hear he resides with sister of Madi now. My panda is pretty sad looking....not really black and white as much as black and gray (!) and heaven forbid when he lost his eye buttons a million years ago my Mom gave him RED BUTTONS for eyes so he looks a bit demonic! But I love him. We always love our pandas!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure Toto was thinking of a face arrangement and more! Madi sure had the moves to be able to climb so high and still have a graceful dismount. Madi was a Gold Star cat for sure. We love the old pictures.
